Neigh.

Privacy

This page is about this website, horsetranslator.ai. The Neigh app has its own privacy policy, and that is the one that covers the app and everything you do in it: app.horsetranslator.ai/privacy. Back to the site.

The app

What the Neigh app collects, keeps and sends — your account, your stable, readings and recordings, usage counts, payments, and how to delete all of it — is set out in full in the app’s privacy policy. It is kept with the app and changes when the app does, which is why this page does not repeat it. Nothing on this website changes any of it.

Nothing on this website can charge you anything. Neigh Plus is bought in the app, through Apple’s App Store.

What this website keeps

This website has no account and no sign-in. It holds what you type into the early-access form, if you use it — what that is — and it asks before loading Meta’s pixel, which is the only thing on this site that reports anything to an advertiser — what it collects, and how to say no.

It also keeps two small notes in your browser’s own storage, on your device: your answer to the question about Meta’s pixel, and whether you closed the offer of this page in another language. Neither is sent anywhere.

If a friend’s invite brought you here, their code is in the part of the link after the #, which a browser does not send to a server. This site shows it to you with a button to copy it, and does not store it or send it anywhere.

The early-access list

If you put your email in the form on the early-access page, we keep: the address; the phone number, if you gave one (it is optional); when it arrived; which page it came from; and which of the languages we answer in we replied to you in. That is the whole record. No name, no location, no advertising identifier, and nothing linking it to an account, a horse or a clip — there is no column in that table that could hold one, which is why we can say this rather than merely promise it.

It is used to tell you once, when the app opens, and for nothing else. It is never sold, never given to an advertiser, and never used to work out who you are somewhere else. Reply to that message, or write to info@cipherandrow.com at any time, and we delete the row.

This marketing site, and Meta

The pages on horsetranslator.ai can load the Meta pixel — Meta's code, which sets a cookie and tells Meta you visited, and tells it again if you tap through to the app or join the early-access list (that you joined, never the address you typed), so we can tell whether an ad we paid for actually sent anyone here. It cannot see what you do once you are in the app; it only sees you leave. It does not load unless you say yes. The first time you arrive, the site asks; until you answer, and forever if you answer no, none of it runs: no cookie, no request to Meta, nothing about your visit sent anywhere.

If you do say yes, what it can read is the page address, your browser's usual details, and your rough location from your IP address. It runs on this website only. It is not in the app and it never sees a clip or a measurement. We do not send Meta your email or anything you typed, and what Meta does with what its own pixel collects is governed by Meta's privacy policy rather than ours.

You can change your mind whenever you like: ask me again. Choosing no afterwards stops any further reporting and clears the identifiers the pixel left in your browser — though it cannot take back a visit already reported, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Nothing on this site works differently either way.
